Hey everyone, I know I never post here, but I've got some big news!

I'll be starting a Ph.D program in Immunology here at Davis in the fall :)

Yay!

Also, even though I never post, I love reading about what everyone's up to and I really enjoy reading people's fiction too, so please don't take me off your lists due to inactivity :)

Internship! :)

So I've been applying like crazy to every summer job/internship that even remotely related to Molecular Biology since about December and I haven't been hearing anything at all from anyone. It's been a rather frustrating search.

But it ended today! :-D I just got the "congratulations you're accepted" email from the Center for Biophotonics Science and Technology here at Davis. It will be awesome research experience working full time, we even give a presentation on the research we've done at the end of the session. AND I get paid!!! :-D

So Huzzah for perserverance it pays off :)

Now I've got to get back to studying for midterms blah. But today is definitely a happy day.
